Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation before dispatch

To request cancellation, contact Trinity Tech Solutions as soon as possible with your order reference and registered phone number. If the order has not been dispatched, we will review the request and confirm whether it can be cancelled. An order already handed to the courier may no longer be cancellable as a pre-dispatch cancellation.

2. Refunds for approved cancellations

Where a cancellation is approved and payment has already been collected, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method through the payment provider's process. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the bank, card issuer or payment method. We will share available refund confirmation or reference details.

3. Wrong, damaged or materially different item

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains the wrong item, or the supplied product materially differs from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order reference, photographs and, where possible, an unboxing video. We will review the evidence and coordinate an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law and the facts of the case.

4. Change of mind and used/refurbished products

Change-of-mind returns are not automatic. For a request based only on preference or a change of mind, contact us before returning anything; acceptance is subject to our written approval and applicable law. A product's stated condition, specifications and disclosed limitations should be reviewed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. How to raise a request

Do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Include your order number, name, phone number and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds or other resolutions will be communicated individually.
