Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Delivery coverage

Laptops and desktop computers may be shipped across India, subject to courier serviceability, safe packaging, product dimensions and confirmation before dispatch. A valid six-digit PIN code does not by itself guarantee courier serviceability. CCTV installation, power-backup installation and on-site IT services are local services for Kanyakumari District unless separately agreed.

2. Courier charges

The current website checkout calculates a courier charge once per order according to the selected state:

• Tamil Nadu: ₹200
• Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry: ₹300
• Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Goa and Gujarat: ₹500
• Other listed states and Union Territories: ₹800

The amount shown at checkout or confirmed by Trinity before payment is the applicable quoted charge. For unusual parcel sizes, multiple desktops or destinations outside courier coverage, we may need to confirm a revised arrangement before accepting or dispatching the order.

3. Processing and delivery time

Dispatch and estimated delivery timing depend on stock verification, payment confirmation, packaging, courier pickup and the destination. Any estimate shared is indicative and may change due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. We will share tracking information when it is available to us.

4. Receiving your parcel

Please provide a complete address, reachable phone number and correct PIN code. Check the outer package at delivery and notify us promptly if it appears damaged or tampered with. Keep the packaging and take photographs or an unboxing video if you need to report a transit issue.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are not automatic and require prior approval. If an item is incorrect, damaged in transit or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with supporting details so we can review and advise the next steps. Do not ship an item back before receiving written return instructions. Any approved exchange is subject to stock availability and applicable law.
