1. About Trinity Tech Solutions

Trinity Tech Solutions is based at 16/88C/6, Annai Textile Upstairs, Moolachel Junction, Thuckalay P.O., Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu – 629175, India. We sell new and refurbished laptops and desktop computers and provide CCTV, power-backup, website development and IT services.

2. Product information and condition

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, condition, included accessories, warranty (if any) and prices are shown on the relevant product listing or confirmed directly with the customer. Refurbished or pre-owned products are not represented as brand-new. Please review the listing and ask us to clarify any detail before placing an order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is subject to product availability, successful payment verification and confirmation by Trinity Tech Solutions. Online payments are processed through Razorpay's secure payment interface. We do not ask customers to share card PINs, passwords or one-time passwords with us.

4. Pricing and courier charges

Prices and applicable courier charges are shown or confirmed before payment. Courier charges are calculated once per order based on the delivery state and the current checkout schedule. If a courier cannot safely service the destination or the quoted charge needs to change, we will contact the customer before dispatch.

5. Warranty, support and services

Any product warranty is limited to the duration and coverage expressly stated on that product listing, invoice or written confirmation. Do not assume a warranty where none is stated. Installation and on-site services are subject to location, scope and a separate confirmation or quotation.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and billing information and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Please inspect the package when delivered and contact us promptly if there is visible transit damage or an order discrepancy.

7. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms when our business processes or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed will ordinarily apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
